How does the CGFNS Digital Credential Exchange portal work? Does this mean I can email the documents?
No, the CGFNS Digital Credential Exchange portal is not an email solution. You must first establish an account to gain access to the portal. Once the account is established, your organization will be granted access rights to a private and secure folder for document upload.
What technical requirements are necessary to use the CGFNS Digital Credential Exchange portal?
To use the CGFNS Digital Credential Exchange portal, an organization is required to have individual email accounts with an organizational domain (such as .edu, .org, .gov, etc.).
Shared email accounts, such as nursing@abcuniversity.edu, are ineligible for using the CGFNS Digital Credential Exchange portal. You must also be able to fulfill the requirements for multi-factor authentication, including providing one email address and one phone number.
